My life has shown me this in many different ways, as a friend, wife, parent, service professional, business owner, community member, and health and life coach and educator.
I am the proud mother of 4 beautiful daughters, and Nana to 5 grandchildren. This has been my greatest accomplishment.
I was a real estate professional on the central Oregon coast and co-owner of Windermere Distinctive Coastal Properties offices n Lincoln City and Salishan Marketplace. I was office manager for Oregon Realty Company while selling out oceanfront development lots and homes. The recession took it all.
I had to begin a new dream. I was called to serve people in their lives to build healthy bodies by making changes to food and life habits as a health and life coach. In my work I have been a witness to transformations in health as people lose weight, get more energy, lose their meds, and gain self-confidence and self-acceptance in a whole new way!
Every day is an opportunity for a fresh start to reinvent yourself and build a new future. I love what I'm doing now!
